We supply the DJI hardware with our GDPR-compliant software and the approved LUC Safety Management System. Before delivery: trial operation, isolated data transmission and “Release to Operation” per EU 2019/947. Your sensitive information stays isolated — you control processes securely from a distance.

01Which drone sits in the Dock 3?+
In the typical scope of KRITIS projects: Dock Station 3 with Matrice 4TD (thermal/zoom) or 4D — charging station integrated into the dock. We match the specific configuration to your mission profile.
02How is data protected?+
DJI uses AES-256-XTS for transmission and media encryption. GDDC enables local data mode: no SD storage in the drone, media go directly to the dock, no cloud to DJI. We distribute photos, videos and IR images only to authorised endpoints in your network.
03What does “Release to Operation” mean?+
Before delivery we test-fly every system — with proven isolated transmission. Only then do we issue the technical certificate per EU 2019/947. Repairs and updates require approval by GDDC.
04Which training is included?+
Training and instruction of your operating staff for Dock Station 3 — aligned with roles in the LUC Safety Management. Qualification and handling are defined in the operations manual.
05Typical scope of delivery (framework agreement)+
1× Dock Station 3 with M4TD, 1× software package incl. installation and first annual fee, 1× set of low-noise spare propellers, 1× operator training. You provide the laptop/computer; we supply the isolated GDDC software.
